It has a highly profound role in driving optimization and efficiency and competitiveness across all sectors which was also emphasized by Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi during his address last year on 12 May 2020 encouraging industry to build competitiveness and achieve self-reliance by enhancing the use of emerging technologies.
Concomitantly, the outbreak of COVID-19 has further pushed enterprise to rethink the way they operate, introduce / adapt digital channels and redefine business models. It has necessitated Indian industry, including SMEs to embrace technology in a much faster pace to sustain and grow their businesses.
CII Centre for Digital Transformation (CDT) organized the 6 th edition of its flagship programme the Digital Transformation Best Practices Awards on 27 th November 2024 at Hotel Taj Mahal, Mansingh Road, New Delhi. The theme of the programme was “Inspiring Journey of Digital Transformation & Advancements” which forges a deeper engagement with Industry by recognising some of the innovative initiatives being undertaken through digital transformation. The DX Awards recognizes excellence in Digital Transformation (DX) in India and facilitates sharing of information on Best Practices & Technologies.
A significant highlight of the programme was the release of the ‘Compendium of Best Practices in Digital Transformation’ by the dignitaries, which serves as a vital resource, encapsulating the exemplary best practices that have emerged as benchmarks in the realm of digital transformation.
The programme also witnesses the sharing of Some inspiring case studies from companies that have leveraged digital strategies successfully. These stories illustrated how organizations leveraged innovative technologies to drive efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and achieve business growth.
